Each day is a precious gift. I use my time wisely. I track where my days are going. I notice the chores and errands that take longer than I expected. I calculate how much time I really spend on the things I love.
I set priorities. I carve out blocks of time for the endeavors that I find meaningful. I delegate or drop tasks that drain my energy and distract me from my purpose. I check my email less and play with my children more.
I plan ahead. I map out my schedule for the coming day, week, and month. I am disciplined and flexible.
I figure out the hours when I perform at my peak. I schedule my most important and demanding tasks for the times when I am up to the challenge.
I tackle the issues that lie beneath my procrastination. I build up my confidence if I am afraid of taking risks. I break big projects down into smaller steps if I need to become more organized.
I take regular breaks. I return to work feeling reinvigorated when I pause to collect my thoughts or indulge my creativity.
I devote my leisure time to enriching pursuits. I study foreign languages and play the piano instead of watching TV.
I focus on the present moment. I give my full attention to whatever I am doing.
Today, I enjoy each second of my life. I distinguish between being busy and being productive. I use my time to accomplish my goals.
