For example, if you’re looking for resources on hiring, you could look under Topics to see all the options related to hiring broken out by category. But if you’re just looking for a checklist, you could also head directly to the Checklists under the Documents tab and pick which one you want to use. No more searching through lists of “related” terms with no organization or structure like some other HR sites. 5 tabs, infinite possibilities
The TOPICS tab has a dozen of the most searched for topics listed. But you can also create your own topic by entering a unique HR word or term in the search bar. Those search results are clearly divided by category so you can quickly identify exactly what you are looking for.
The LAWS tab is where you’ll find the targeted information for each state. HR Girlfriends who work for multi-state organizations love how simple it is to see which laws apply to which states.
