Career Mondays: I Take Charge of My Career

I take charge of my work and career potential. I am able to make job decisions that provide positive results. I know where I want to work and how I want to work. I am confident that the path in front of me leads to success in the workplace.

I ensure that my work is top-notch, which results in excellent performance reviews. I am smart, capable, and strong.

I am in control of my career. I get to decide the field, niche, job, and area. I get to pick who I work with each day.

I have stability and security in my job.

I am proud of the work I produce. I am happy to work with others. I support my employer and coworkers with confidence. I collaborate with others, seek out new opportunities, and expand my horizons.

I climb the ladder to success. I take charge of my accomplishments. I receive rewards and honors for my work. I get praise for my efforts.

I know how to manage my career. I know what steps to take to enhance it. I know which direction is right for me. I understand who supports me and helps me climb higher.

Today, I take charge and focus on my career. I acknowledge my strengths and work on my weaknesses. I am a strong and smart worker, and I bring value to my workplace.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How can I take control of my career if I work for someone else?
2. How can I be more confident at work?
3. What can I do to achieve greater success in my career?
