Career Monday: My actions today are in preparation for bigger goals tomorrow.

I know that I am only as far away from my goals as I allow myself to be.

I surround myself with others whose values are similar to mine. I desire long-lived richness in my life that comes from these relationships.

Building my network now allows me to have that richness for a long time to come.

My job can be overwhelming and I sometimes feel like quitting, but I remind myself of the valuable experience it provides.

I know that my goal to work in a job that pays better is only possible when I gain enough experience. That reminder keeps me committed for as long as it takes to equip myself for another role elsewhere.

Today, I know that it is important to make choices for a satisfying future.

I live in a way today that makes that future possible. Consistently picturing my new reality keeps me going, regardless of my challenges.

1. How do I prepare myself to handle the challenges that face me at work?
2. What creative approaches can I take to achieving my goals sooner?
3. How do I know if a goal I am pursuing is worthwhile?
