“If I could sum up why I’m committed to the HR Girlfriends community it would come down to because we are ‘….in this together.'”

Affirmation: I pursue my goals assertively and enthusiastically

My goals are meaningful and exciting to me. My goals keep my energy level high and fill me with optimism for the future.

I know when I have set an appropriate goal, because I pursue that goal with great enthusiasm.

An uninspiring goal is rarely achieved. When I feel a lack of excitement about a goal, I determine the cause. I make the necessary adjustments to ensure that my goal is in alignment with my values.

My enthusiasm for a goal is an excellent barometer of the likelihood of success.

I spend time each day reviewing my goals and renewing my passion. I love to achieve my goals and feel a sense of accomplishment from being successful.

Failing to reach a goal only makes me more determined and committed. I can accomplish any goal I set. I am persistent.

I assertively achieve my goals. I avoid waiting for the perfect conditions to present themselves. I make things happen. I know that completing my goals successfully is ultimately my responsibility.

Today, I am committed to reaching my goals as quickly and easily as possible.

I feel great enthusiasm for my goals and have the determination necessary to be successful. I pursue my goals assertively and enthusiastically.

Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What are the three most important goals in my life?
2. How can I feel more enthusiasm toward completing these goals?
3. How would my success rate improve if I pursued my goals assertively and enthusiastically?
