My focus is on discovering the best solutions. I resolve issues and eliminate challenges. I find the answers that I need.
When I have a challenge, I immediately start seeking a solution. I use all of my resources and skills to overcome the issues quickly. I focus on a step-by-step plan to find the solution.
I reach out to my coworkers, family, or friends for help. I look for mentors who have resolved similar issues in the past, to learn what methods they used to get past the challenge.
I look for patterns and details. I examine my options.
I make a list of all the issues. I gather all of the necessary information. I create another list of possible solutions. I go through each one to pick the most effective and favorable option.
Then, I take confident action to implement my solution.
I stay calm and focused through the whole process. I know that focusing on the solutions instead of the issues is important.
I know I have the talent to find positive, effective solutions. I am able to handle issues at home and at work. I use my talent to fix things as quickly as possible, before they get out of hand.
Today, I focus on effective solutions. I discard the things that are standing in my way.
