Self-love is accepting my beautiful body. This body was designed especially for me. This body serves me well and allows me to experience life fully. I am amazed at what my body can do.
I love my body. My primary goals with my body are to be healthy and to feel good. The focus of the general public might be on appearance, but I know what really matters.
I know I am beautiful, even though I am flawed. We are all flawed. To love myself as I am is the ultimate miracle.
I am rare and precious. My body is precious because it protects me. My body is necessary for me to be fully human, awake, and alive. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I am the beholder. I choose whether or not my body is beautiful.
I reject society’s idea of a perfect body. I am holding on to my uniqueness and celebrating it. My uniqueness is the cornerstone of my greatness.
Today, I fully appreciate my body and all it does for me. I make my own value judgements regarding my body. I love my body, its shape, and natural beauty.
